The DigitalWells program does not recommend any specific goal, but the participants can decide their own goals based on their fitness and health. You can use as a reference, for example, the UKK Institute's exercise recommendation for people over 65 years (moderate exercise for at least 2 hours 30 minutes per week or vigorous exercise for at least 1 hour 15 minutes per week), which equals to about 675 MET-minutes per week.
